SHIPPING POLICY

Fresh Mushrooms

Shipments are packed to preserve freshness.

We ship early in the week to avoid weekend delays when possible.

Please refrigerate immediately upon receipt.


We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or extreme weather.

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of fresh mushrooms, we do not accept returns on fresh products.

However, if your order arrives damaged or unusable:

Contact us within 24 hours

Provide photos of packaging and product

We will evaluate and may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion


Non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days in unused condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
